SinoUnitechem soy lecithin powder UCLEC900/910 is a complex mixture of phosphatidylcholine (PC), phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) and

phosphatidylinositol (PI). This product is oil-free light yellow powder. It is soluble or dispersible in oil, partly soluble in alcohol. The content of phospholipids is more than 95%.

STORAGE

This product should be kept at temperatures not exceeding 35, avoid exposure to light and moisture.
